April in the Groves:
A Season of Fragile Beauty

Make or Break

April is the quietest month for our team, but the loudest for the trees. This gallery captures the Mediterranean spring in Cyprus, where hundreds of thousands of cream-colored blossoms mark the beginning of our next harvest.

Biodiversity and Resilience

Our zero-kill policy means the groves are a sanctuary. From the ground-dwelling chameleons and foxes to the millions of birds migrating from Africa to Europe, life is everywhere. These photos show the healthy cover cropping and mulching that help our soil retain moisture through the coming summer heat.

The Science of the Harvest

The health of these flowers directly impacts the quality of the oil. We monitor this pollination period closely to ensure the high polyphenol concentration and bioavailability our oil is known for. Each flower seen here represents the potential for a high-quality, nutrient-dense harvest in September 2026.

About the 2026 harvest

When the harvest is ready in October, the shop will open with a password. Existing customers from the 2025 harvest will receive their access first, one week before anyone else. After that, the waitlist will receive access in the order people joined.

The 2025 harvest sold out within weeks of opening. The 2026 harvest will be larger, but waitlist priority by sign-up date is the only way we can keep allocation fair.

Each name added moves down a queue we cannot grow as fast as demand. So earlier matters.
